Archita Mishra is a certified strength coach and nutrition specialist with a postgraduate focus in hormonal health from IIN, New York. Over 6 years and 700+ clients later, she has built a reputation for getting real, lasting results — fat loss, muscle building, and full body recomposition — for both men and women.
Her coaching philosophy is simple: your body is not broken, it’s just missing the right strategy. Archita combines evidence-based training, personalised nutrition, and metabolic health principles to build a plan that works with your biology — not against it.
